#w06ld Dominati05 Vol#1 is a free compilation album, featuring 17 totally rad, underground & off the radar bands from around the world, playing various styles of punk rock and hip hop, and includes a 20 page booklet full of art, links and info on each band.

The idea behind this album was based on our love of these two genres. Growing up we both spent most of our time listening to punk rock or hip hop, it supplied the soundtrack to the skate videos we'd watch, mix tapes and vinyl we traded with our friends, bands we started and toured the UK with, fanzines we made, shows we put on and shows we went to see - punk rock and hip hop changed and inspired our lives and continues to do so. Now we're (supposedly) grown up with families, we're still as passionate about this music as we were when we were kids, which is why we started this label, and also why we put together this compilation...

We think these bands represent how this music is still as relevant today as it ever was, how it still continues to inspire, entertain and evolve all over the world. Hopefully each band on here will be exposed to a whole new audience that may never have discovered them, spreading their talents further across the globe...

Each one of these artists have been so awesome to us for donating a track, and are all super nice people, so if you like any tracks in particular, then tell them, let them know that their passion and art has reached new ears. There's embedded links on each bands page in the booklet, we make everything so easy for you...

And finally, we hope that you, the listener, enjoys this compilation as much as we do. Our mission was to put out a truly awesome mix of underground punk rock & hip hop, and we're pretty sure we've achieved that.
